  1. They should left out Windows Mobile and Palm users who see themselves as still relevant, while others see them like ghosts. They’ve heard of them, but aren’t sure they really exist.

  2. Yeah, they’re so irrelevant they don’t get mentioned. The new Palm looked good for about 15 minutes (sold out, even), but the hardware just couldn’t keep up with the sluggish OS/apps. And I hear the new Windows Mobile looks really good, but the only guy I know with WM needs it for for work to do remote Windows admin. I think Windows has better luck making a tablet than a phone.
