  1. That was pretty sad. It felt like voice recognition was just introduced yesterday. I think some of the automated hotlines from my home utilities, like Sprint, offer a better voice recognition system than that.

    And that guy couldn’t have spoke any clearer. What about a guy like me who still has a little bit of the Jersey accent going on? Fuhget abowdit.

  2. They’re blaming it on ambient noise in the room full of people – but they sounded pretty quiet to me!
